Closed beta
Access is invitation-only. We may suspend, throttle, or revoke access at any time during beta — particularly if a user's usage exceeds the quota allotted to their account.
Acceptable use
- UPC Agent is a research tool. Output is informational only and must not be used as a substitute for independent legal analysis.
- Do NOT enter privileged client information into the product. See our confidentiality notice for details.
- Do not attempt to evade quotas, identity checks, or rate limits.
- Do not redistribute or republish output as if it were your own editorial work without verification.
No warranty
UPC Agent is provided "as is" during beta. We do not warrant that the service is error-free or that retrieved decisions are complete. Verify every cited decision against the official source before relying on it.
Liability
Liability for damages arising from use of the beta service is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Specifically, we are not liable for any decision you make on the basis of the product's output without independent verification.
Changes
We may update these terms during beta. Material changes will be flagged at sign-in.
